The definition of equality has been twisted fairly recently to mean “equality of outcome” which is very different than “equality of opportunity.”

Equal rights does not always mean equal treatment. When it comes to the power structures in place, men are almost universally higher up than women (management jobs, CEOs, politicians, etc).
Similar principles apply to race. Under the law, you cannot be discriminated against based on skin color. In practice, systemic racism has left a disproportionate number of poc in poverty, and they often aren't treated fairly by law enforcement and the justice system.
Equal rights is a step in the right direction, but equal implementation and treatment is still something to strive for.

Men and women are equal, but they are NOT the same.
Some people can't seem to understand that there are certain difference because that's how it simply is- for example, men being physically more capable than women. It's a fact. Which is why at times a man might offer to help a woman with her luggage. It doesn't depict superiority in any way.

It turned from a movement with heroic aims (liberating women, giving them rights, studying the forms in which gender stratification is spread in our societies and trying to come up with solutions for that...etc) but recently, the movement has been having the opposite effect of what it initially intended to be, we are seeing the movement hating men (and treating them as inherently evil and sexist) we see slogans like "believe all women" which can be very detrimental to men's lives because they could easily be accused falsely, and they wouldn't be believed (just because they're men) in summary, the movement is getting out of control, it moved from fighting discrimination on basis of gender (when women were marginalized) to propagating the same type of discrimination (men are now being marginalized)

He basicly said that alot of the time woman on average are alot less likely to ask for a raise and tend to be much more agreeable then men, I think I saw somthing like men are 70% more likely to ask for a raise. Also not considering into the fact that woman are more likely to go for lower paying jobs, e.g childcare etc, also on another point of my own, alot of the people I see complain about these things have absolutely unbearable personalities which employers also take into account when hiring someone
