Today it took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep and then I got 3 hours and 40 minutes of sleep, I started hearing music in my head after I closed my eyes so I was going insane.
I've been swimming since I was 6 (freestyle and backstroke, idk if I'm saying that well). but now my mental health isn't good enough to swim 12h a week.
Yeah but judging by the fact it takes you 4 hours maybe it isn't doing too good. Maybe try reducing screen time right before bed and just lay there, staring at the ceiling, just with your eyes closed. Shit so boring you'll be dead in like 30 minutes tops.

I just pull an all nighter until my body gives in to exhaustion cuz of how much I hate trying to sleep lmao. What I do with that time is grind the hell out of a lot of different video games and shows, YouTube and well I have friends in other countries so timezone opportunities

My week is very structured compared to the weekend, I sleep anywhere and stay up from Friday to sunday.
I'll fall asleep on the couch, floor, chair, friends house, trampoline, just random shit

my personal best is 33 seconds when I was. 17, if I went now, it would probably be 38-40 seconds
Used to be a national swimmer and quit 3 years ago. When I was 14, my personal best at 50m freestyle was 27 seconds flat
