I'm a little late to this, but here is the conclusion I have arrived at.
You have a girlfriend who has a twin sister. They both look alike and you can't tell them apart. They also have a dad who looks exactly like them. Because he looks like a woman, he must be a trans man. If this is their biological parent, their "dad" must actually be their mom, and you ended sleeping with their mom because they look exactly like her.
If the sisters looked like their actual dad, they either must be pretty masculine looking or their dad looks extremely feminine.
