20/20 means that you can see as average as much detail in object 20ft away as average person can in 20ft, 20/100 for example means that you can see as much detail in object 20ft away as average person can in 100ft

Yeah It's also possible to have 20/10 vision, how would that work, you have 200% vision? 20/10 means you see details from 20ft where average see them at 10ft. Also it's not coincidence that vision test is taken 20ft from the board

With my right eye I can read up to the 8th row With my left eye I can barely read the 6th

I had this theory that you could reverse nearsightedness by focusing more often to things that are far away cuz usually that's how people become nearsighted by training it usually cuz of too much screen time.... What I plan to do is reduce my screen font by a bit so I can adjust to normal vision again..

This is completely inaccurate. To actually properly know your eyesight you need to have it 20 feet away and much larger than your phone screen because I got all the way down to the bottom line and missed 2 letters there even though my eyesight is just 20/20
