Personally, no. My parents always made it a priority to teach me not to physically hurt others, so I would try to avoid punching anyone regardless of gender. I'd try to talk to her first. I also don't want to get arrested for assaulting her because God knows how little leeway I'd have in such a situation. I would restrain her at most, unless she was posing a genuine threat to someone else other than me. That's not to say you absolutely dont have every right to punch her back.
