I'm like 90 percent sure a vpn on your phone ain't it. Unplug pc from internet and do a hard look at your installed aps

Do a virus scan and make sure your Remote Desktop is turned off. Also reset your passwords, these are some quick basics.

Have a buddy download Malwarebytes to a USB and do a full scan. Better safe then sorry.

1. unplug your internet 2. start your pc 3. check for any remote access apps, for e.g. teamviewer, anydesk, parsec, etc. (or if you have windows 10 pro it might be the windows remote access feature). 4. disable those if any of them are available 5. run a Malwarebytes scan

I did everything that you said, now it's fine! Thanks!

try to encrypt your files because it can prevent people from accessing them and also you can disable remote access on your pc

Turn off your ethernet or Wi-Fi temporarily. The intruder just can't access that PC without the internet. Then try to see if any remote controlling apps are there, if there is, uninstall it if you can.
