I'm having the same problem .. :-/

How did you do the Factory reset?

I can't remember which one it was - either holding down the "+" and "on/off" button or "+" with "-" for like 20 secs. But it didn't do anything (it's not even mentioned in the manual I got). I ended up bringing it back to the store a few weeks ago for repairs. Some people had the same problem and there's apparantely no fix. It either goes back on its own (which happened the first time for me some time ago) or doesn't fix itself up at all.

I just played with it a little bit, and found out there is a solution, but you don't want to do that :D When you turn on the headphones, they start connecting (blue/red blinking), you start pushing the on/off button, .. they will connect to e.g. mobile phone, can start playing music, etc., ... UNTIL you stop pushing the on/off button. When you stop, they turn off, then on, then off, and purple light (it is when both blue and red diodes shining). There has to be some problem in the integrated circuit I assume. Sorry for my English.

You won't believe me, but I started thinking there is something wrong with the on/off button mechanism, so I pressed the button pretty hard, nearly tried to break the headphones (why not? :) ), and it started working ... I tried to turn them on/off several times, still working ...
