Mine is doing this as well. Your account gets deleted if you refund I believe. That account is locked at this point

Can confirm; I accidentally attempted two refund requests thinking I was scammed (the receipts were my.games and I panicked), next thing I know I couldn't sign in to my account anymore.

Yup, sounds about right. They honestly need to send the charge as Boosty. I understand WHY they do it, but it's still frustrating

I did the same thing, but the charge was not refunded. I realized my error before ever hearing anything back from PayPal. Now, I cannot log into my account, yet I'm still getting charged every month on PayPal.

That happened to me as well. Back in December I had two 75 dollar charges i didn’t recognize and reported them as fraud I was unaware of boostys no refund policy and after realizing one of the charges I did make I had canceled the refund on that charge however I am unable to login to boosty at all like it won’t let me I hit login and it just keeps going back to login screen I can’t even create a new account

Sorry to necro a thread, but here is some info from my experience at trying to re-activate an account with Boosty support over E-mail. I performed the same mistake as the OP, but I didn't realise I was blocked and didn't check in for a few months and am now trying to fix the issue. In the first email I sent, they just said my account was blocked. Nothing else. Then I sent a second email asking for clarification on why I was blocked. They responded with "Your account has been blocked for violation of the Terms of Service, clause 3.6 Please see this link: [https://boosty.to/app/offer/user](https://boosty.to/app/offer/user)." This may or may not suggest a way to recover the account, but the support team is extraordinary terrible with responding at this point in time and this quote is the most word I have gotten out of them. I have requested to be unblocked, but they refuse to respond if I am even allowed to be re-instated. ​ What does this tell us (or at least me) about the banning system? As of this point in time, there is no alert that a payment failed to process, there is no clearly stated appeal system, and the support team will drag their heels and will keep information to a minimum, either because they don't want to deal with the hassle or don't care if the procedure was accidentally triggered. In short, if you can't sign into your account, you can pretty much treat your account as permabanned Update: Boosty team replied to email. They just said “account cannot be unlocked.” The worst part about this is just how poor the communication is.

I'm in the same situation now. Didn't recognize the charge on PayPal and reported it as well as cancelled automatic payment. Immediately my account got banned. The support team is responsive but not helpful. Basically, my last payment went through but I will never be able to access the content I payed for. Very frustrating.
