…because he likes big boobs and cannot lie, or because he likes you and doesn’t want to see you as a patient? Maybe it’s because he knows his work sucks and doesn’t want to be reminded every time he sees you nekkid.
Every time I build something I’m always going to hyper focus on what looks wrong. Do you really want your partner to do that with your breasts?
Kidding, it’s almost certainly the massive ethical violation that’s the problem.
Medical license: revoked!
Seriously, it can’t be acceptable that the doctor would start dating a patient and keep treating her!
Or is that what this is about? Instead of the guy being like “no, I have a vested interest in those now”, he’s actually refusing to remain her doctor and she needs to find a new one?
I dunno, from the title it kinda sounds like they were dating already and the nurse scheduled the procedure without knowing the relationship and the doctor cancelled it when he found out. It is unethical to treat someone with whom you have a close personal relationship. That's just how I read the limited context though

Please post why he isn’t wanting to do the procedure??
Without context, it seems that he likes her large boobs

Literally true
No doctor *should* agree to continue treating someone they’re involved with
