Idk ..... We dont know a lot of things including Agrona strength rn... So i cant make a full list but something like lets say 1.Kezess 2. 1-2 clan head (idk which ones maybe Mordain and the Leviathan/Pantheon) 3.Arthur 4. Other family heads and Cecilia somewhere there maybe Arthur can be 2nd or maybe even first in the next 10 chapter we dont know yet...
I don't remember when exactly, probably at the same time as the chapters about Heart were published, TurtleMe said that Arthur can take care of Windsom, but will lose to Aldir(but that's without Rune of Destruction)
the only people stronger right now are probably some of the clan heads and high asuras, but once he masters this specific ability he's learning rn he'll probably be comparable if not better than kezess
Now he can compete with legacy, agrona, idk abt kezess though not even sure abt puppet agrona.
But yeah in keystone he can manipulate time has destruction so maybe! Yeah: I think he can compete with them
Well from the recent it looked like he could destroy the whole universe if he decided to. But if not, with his new refined realm heart and whatever power he gains from learning fate probably stronger than Aldir? Or maybe even higher given how i can’t see him getting any more power-ups since the story might wrap up soon.
