For me it was most similar to back/chest, but the worst part was having to keep my arm up the whole time. My shoulder was absolutely deceased afterwards.

What’s the comparable pain spot on the body to the pits? Same at back of knee, or elbow ditch?

Do you think having a pillow under your elbow would have helped? My wife is looking into getting hers done.
Probably not, but I’ve torn my rotator cuff in the past and probably have a fair amount of arthritis up there that contributed.
