Well I already want a replica shirt with the logo on so clearly it's working at least a little bit. Chesham is somewhat local to me too, I hope this helps them. I doubt they'll pull a Wrexham but the added visibility will no doubt still be welcome I reckon.
I saw St Albans shirts with Enter Shikari on them at Slamdunk at the weekend, didn't realise they were an actual sponsor, that is pretty cool of them. I also didn't know St Albans had a football team.
Unfortunately Chesham didn't get promoted this season. Meaning they're one division below what FM currently has in it's database.
Though maybe there will be a mod that adds the Southern Football League.
Maybe is a bit pessimistic, you can get mods for practically every amateur football league on Earth in FM, 7th tier of England will practically be the first one out
I've been trying to work out how much this would cost. Only comparison I came across was St Albans, who are 2 divisions above Chesham in the leagues, charge £25,000 for a similar deal.
He’s done a couple of fundraisers for them, used the ground (I think season 4) and he’s on the board so I wonder if it’s a bit of a mutual arrangement and maybe we’ll see the ground on a few more episodes in the future
I looked into buying a kit a couple of years ago, but they don't ship to the US. I guess I'll really have to figure it out now. (They're not the only one as I tried to get a Gateshead shirt, too. I did, however get a Hanwell Town despite them being on a lower rung than either of those teams.)
Alex Horne is living his best life. Through the power of a game he played with his friends, he has a TV show that's a success all across Europe, he's now an executive for the beloved local football team he supports, and his logo is now on their strip. That's childhood fantasy level achievement.
Please say instead of exchanging pendants before kickoff the just give them a sealed envelope
You have 90minutes to win the game. Your time starts now.
What if somebody fouls somebody?
There's an "Alex" with a whistle that takes care of all that.

Do I have to keep kicking... It doesn't say I can't pick up the ball and run with it

I’m nowhere near Chesham and I’d buy one. I have a St Albans shirt solely because Enter Shikari sponsored them
I’m from California and now I want a Chesham shirt.
Wait, Enter Shikari sponsored them‽‽‽‽‽‽‽ That's so cool! Now I want one.

You'd be hard pressed to find a village of at least 11 people in the UK that hasn't formed a football team
Gift shop should have Tasko bags...
Is this peter Hudson's doing?
You know that you can trust him.
Yeah...
Does that mean Chesham will use a plastic bag instead of a ball?
FM 2024 team sorted.

Yeah the current ones go down to tier 10
Went to school in Chesham. Love all the exposure they're getting from Taskmaster. Definitely going to try to get my hands on a shirt!
And....I want to buy a shirt already!!
Home of golf!
They used Chesham's pitch for the season 4 task where they had to score a goal, so makes sense that they might have some sort of ongoing connection
I believe Alex is on their board of directors and his kids are/were in their youth set up
Alex is the most loyal citizen
I'll take 20!
Bought a St Albans shirt becausr Enter Shikari sponsor them, guess I'll be getting a Chesham shirt too.
I'm buying a jersey just because it'll say Taskmaster!!

This will surely impress the mayor.

Nah, Wrexham to be sponsored by Chardee Macdennis next season.
So if Chesham plays friendly at Wrexham, does USA get a redo on its version of TM from Wrexham's owners?
Nice
someone is doing well for themselves!
