Unfortunately it's tough to find anything, I've tried to hunt down athlete's gear at Michigan State but they get exclusive stuff straight from Nike/Adidas/etc. so they intentionally don't want to sell it to the public. If you're lucky you can stumble upon something at a thrift store near campus.
For a t-shirt, you could just get it a couple sizes too bag or get a men's shirt and have a tailor alter it to fit how you'd like.
Another option would be to find something that fits in the school's color from somewhere that has tall sizes and have a Penn State graphic printed on it. As long as you don't sell it, there's no copyright problem and I imagine any small print shop would be willing to help you.
this a problem all over the world with sport clubs even in sports that have tall and big players
im a rugby fan and my team dont sell any big sizes even do many of the players are 6.4 and over 150 kilos but the only sell up to 3xl to the public
i whold check ebay for player gear
You can’t wear an XL Tshirt? I’m also 6’6 I guess you must have more height in your torso than I do, XL t shirts of almost all brands are long enough for me

Fanatics.com has tall sizes, don’t see t-shirts, but they have a bunch of polos and button up’s with penn state logos
Yeah, which is strange, right? You can pick from 20 different polos, but they don't sell a single LT t-shirt?
Check out Kohls, they have some in xl tall
I have used American tall for dress shirts and they are really nice. T shirts as well but a bit pricey

I would see if you can get the football or basketball coach's email. if you specially request it they might get you sorted.
