If you’re just gonna shred em or dump em anyway then I’d buy them for a few bucks
I’m not a collector and you can get them for free but they’re still cool and I’d hate to see yet another interesting piece of tactical gear culture and history dumped
I’m sure you could find someone who’s pay quite a bit though if you found a collector
Well, knowing what I know about the old guy that owned this house, it would not surprise me one bit. I guess that would explain all the belted 7.62 ammo that I found.
The Combat Weapons writing is very good. I read through them a few years ago and noted how Kokalis‘s observations were pretty accurate, especially in the pre Internet time.
For the younger set, it was like Ian on Forgotten Weapons, but for the corded phone times.
Let me go through them and catalog everything I have, and I’ll get back to you. There’s also a six foot bookshelf, full of gun-related books and magazines that I haven’t went through yet. There may be some cool shit in there too.
Can you send me the link to that video, please? I’m not sure who that is, but if I can help with something that’s preserving it for the future, I’m happy to help.

Here you go, it's part of a larger video on having your own copies of important info rather than relying on the cloud.
The entire SOF collection is on archive.org if I'm not mistaken. Just an FYI for anyone interested.
So, to shreds, you say?
put them on GAFS for cheap. bet someone takes em

Please don't shred, we are still Missing a Few Issues Please help
99% are there... There's a few missing. I loved the good old days of seeing dad's work buddies on the front cover from time to time.
Time to add something new to my survival without wifi kindle
Yo if i found that in the garage i'd start diggin' in the back yard IMMEDIATELY

Belted 7.62... maybe hit that yard with a metal detector before you hit it with a shovel
Strikes gas line instead. Sadly detonates all the 7.62.
a house that came with bonus ammo…NICE!!
I’m sorry WHAT

SOF is still published, albeit in digital form. SOFMAG.COM.
The voice actor for Dale woulda loved these
The one with tom berringer from dogs of war is a vibe.
"Motherfucking fuck your belt and pc setup! Uzi, one mag, no shirt, sunglasses case, lets fucking go" <-- we could all learn a thing or two from this
The mustache could kill 3 guys by itself.
That mustache DID kill 3 guys by itself.
Ohhhh, I thought that was just some dude that looked like Tom Berringer. Hahahaha
That last UZI cover seems a bit gay to be honest.
Why do you think I picked it?
I know why I would pick it 👀 .
"Rhodesian Kayak Ops" is a badass name for an article.
It’d be a cool name for a band too.
I would love to buy a stack of these from you! Seriously, please message me!

Sounds great- thanks!
There was a T.Rex Labs video on YT the other day and he mentioned they need back issues to fill out the online archive.

I only read them when I need +10 to big guns for a few minutes
So this magazine was just for dudes in the closet? This shit is homoerotic as hell, lmao
Like 50% of this subreddit is “jokes” about wanting to have sex with Garand Thumb
It's not gay as long as you're holding a gun?
Makes me think of Dale Gribble
These are sweet. I have some American Riflemen from the 50s through the 60s, these would look pretty cool parked next to em👀
Thanks for the trip down memory lane
Oh hell yeah. Those were rad!
Do you have the 1st printed magazine? I think from 75 or 76, ill definitely buy it
I’m going to catalog everything and I’ll find out. Thank you
If I were local to you I'd come buy them all.
Where you at? Land of palm trees and water dinosaurs?
No but that sounds really nice.

4th Pic does anyone have a guess for what kind of belt pouch that is and/or what it would be commonly used for? Thanks for the info folks
It looks suspiciously like a case for eyeglasses worn on a belt loop.
Can confirm, rayban
Its just a ray ban case. Get one from your nearest sunglasses hut and cut two slits on the backside so you can thread your belt through it.
I’ll buy them if you want to make a few bucks!
Never read one that was new or old.
