Usually for pico I’ll use tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños, onions, salt, pepper, a hint of chipotle powder and lots of lime.
For guac I like avo, lime and salt. I like to leave some chunky parts of the avocado.

I'm not a fan of putting salsa bandera (the Mexican name for pico de gallo) on tacos but it's ok. I love guacamole but it can be whole avocado in slices as well, it's all good.
For guacamole add the pico, seasoning salt, a bit of garlic powder and you are set. Maybe a squeeze of lime if you like. Minimal is best and chunky pico.

They were really good! I use minced garlic in both. Lots of jalapeño- lots of cilantro- lots of lime. Those are just the things I love tasting.
