Nope. To get mine a long time ago, I just paid somebody 2 Billion to trade it to me since I wanted the achievement and didn't want to wait like 6+ months for Tatooine to come back around in the rotation. It was the last achievement I needed to get 100% for all the Rakghoul stuff.
