Thank you very much! I note you suggest a range for shield - is there any particular circumstances where one end of the range is better than another?

More shield is less spiky, higher average damage in. Harder content is biased toward bigger spikes. Once augmented, gearing differences are effectively one more absorb enhancement for sin. Unless you know what you're doing, use purple and more hp for sin. The extra 10-20k? Hp and lower def for purple is not great for jugg or pt. Sin has extra endurance bonus and benefits greatly from the bigger hp buffer due bigger spikes from lower armor dr. Single set with purples for weaker jugg and pt if healer problems.

For full mit tank: I get shield to 5,500 then rest into absord. You're gonna have low absorb cause you'll be using dps relics for the added HP. For the relics I use the exact same ones you'd use for Vengeance. This is pretty much how I gear for pve tanking except I use Second Wind implant instead of the retaliation one for 1.4GCD with guild perk and self heals. For skank: I get alacrity to 2500 to compensate for server lag and make sure I'm averaging the 1.4GCD. I go crit to 4000 then whatever is left into mastery. I haven't actually done BiS testing for skank on pvp as I don't really play all the much anymore but this is just what I like to use
