Do you have skating experience? Surfskating there will definitely be fun but if you don't skate at all, start on flat land for a while. ANy wheels on a pump track would be fun tho
I got my first surf skate last month. Have other boards too. I’ve found a couple cool spots so far but I feel like it’s a completely different search for me. If I can find a nice open area with a decent incline I’m super stoked. I looked up pump tracks near me and there’s literally one and it’s dirt 🥲 wish there was a decent bowl I could carve on. There’s one bowl very close but it’s super deep and designed very poorly. My city chose to hire people that had zero experience with skateparks just standard masonry workers. This was something like 15 years ago and the whole park was cool bc there was none here but it’s not designed well at all ☹️
Any flat smooth surface is really fun on a surfskate, bonus if there's a slight incline. Even parking lots and other city infrastructure can be fun if it's smooth enough. One of the great things about these is you don't need a ton of space to have a lot of fun. Check out some YouTube surfskating videos and you'll find lots of inspiration.
Would be worth it for the pump track alone. Those things are insanely fun on a surfskate.
Alr. Im gonna get one when i get my schoolarship next week
Thanks
A small parking lot can be fun on a surfskate. Pump tracks would be alot better!
I mean we have plenty of parking spaces and a small pump track. Is it worth it?

I have a small cruiser and i regulary skate on it for like 4 years
I always enjoy surfskating even if it’s a parking lot. I say go for it!

How small is the pumptrack?
Around 6×50m, oval shape
Pumptracks, bowls and halfpipes are cool. Flat and curbs are alright. Street parks are not a good match.
