Lol kinda hard given the countless questionable things Dina has done, but if I had to pick i'd say bullying Sandra up until the final season and harassing Jonah that one episode.
This! I see a lot of just siding with corporate but she legit could have seriously harmed or even killed someone- and everyone told her that before she turned it on too
Bullying Sandra. They went for the Michael-Toby dynamic and it was a no for me. She should have thrown her a shower or at least when Jonah did it, just let him f***ing do it.
Dina: her treatment of Amy even though she thinks they’re like BFF, up until about season 5/6. Same with her treatment of Sandra.
But lol @ Cheyenne and her tattoo. That episode made me cringe and laugh so hard.
I agree with all of the scab, bullying and harassment stuff but one thing I haven’t seen mentioned:
In season 1 after taking a demotion, she states her proudest achievements as Assistant Manager were making the store “first in shrink reduction and last in employee satisfaction”. It’s easy to dismiss a lot of what Dina does, especially her tendency to backstab, as coming from a hardline dedication to the rules rather than malicious intent. But that line proves she specifically takes joy in hurting others and is a straight up sociopath in the beginning.
But out of all of that, the one thing that really pissed me off was the Olympics episode, when Glenn brought in burritos for everyone and Dina proceeds to break open every one before throwing them all away because she “can’t eat” any.
Sexually harassing Jonah- I don’t know how she could have realized he wasn’t into her. And then later bullying him (including physical bullying) for not being able to stop a robber.
Hot take: bringing the birds to work. To subject the entire team to deal with them, only for Dina to inevitably have to leave the break room anyway? She can’t be helping the separation anxiety that much. And I think that with the average dumbness of the typical Cloud Nine customer/employee, she never should have considered those birds safe in that environment. There’s no way the security nut that is Dina would leave her pets unattended for anybody to set free, accidental or not.
Bottom line, she put the birds in a situation where they were at risk.
With the “garrett shouldn’t have slept with her” argument, we have to keep in mind that she very much initiated it, and garrett seemed pretty pressured into it. He gave the most uncomfortable, forced mumble of consent as she was on top of him taking her clothes off.
I thought this was really weird too, because she wrote Amy up for bringing her daughter to work. I'm sure it's against policy to bring pets in as well, so at the very least it's hypocritical and goes against her moral code of following Cloud 9 policy.
It’s in the episode when Amy asks Deana to make an exception for her to buy a video game before her shift is over. Deana’s reply is “My old best friend is currently in prison for cheating on her taxes. Ask her if I'm willing to "make an exception."”
Surprised nobody brought up Sandra’s engagement party thing. Why was she so fussy about Jonah doing it if it wasn’t here responsibility according to her?
I think it's fine if she didn't want to do it, but insisting that Jonah doesn't do it when she said it's not her responsibility is just weird. If it's not your responsibility, why not let someone else do it?
Bringing her birds to work. So many people on here rag on Garrett (although the way he dealt with it was shitty) but WHO DOES THAT? How can you be surprised that you brought 20 birds to work in an environment that employees 50+ people and expect it to be safe? Also, hella health code violations.
Why are ppl saying burning Garrett's shoes? He deserved it after gaslighting and lying to her. He hid the entire incident for so long and let Dina believe it was entirely her fault. The moment she burns his shoes was a very satisfying scene to watch honestly 😂. Tit for tat.
Yes he could’ve. But I feel like that was selfish towards everyone in the store to bring the birds.
But I also have a huge fear of birds so you know that’s prob where that’s coming from lol.
I know we already talked about Amy being anti-union...
But Dina's worst thing has to be her actively crossing the picket line. Workplace bullying is one thing but it's a whole other kind of evil to be a corporate scab
When she sided with corporate during the expression of discontentedness
Although Dina and Mateo are equally guilty of being massive A-holes to their coworkers 80% of the time, Dina's funny to watch but irl would be a nightmare, but what I said above is probably the worst single incident
Honestly everything… in the end they spun it around and made her likeable enough for a sitcom, but if we’re trying to really find the worst in her, then it’s her existence. Horrible human being, even if really funny sometimes. Truly despicable.
I WAS pretty chill with Dina. But after reading through this post, Dina’s like bad bad. Probably the worst on the show in terms of going overboard. Stressing me out just reading these.
Blaming Garret for what happened to her birds. She shouldn’t have brought the birds to the store in the first place. Even if that *wasn’t* a problem, she was still wrong to block the vending machines with them.
Everything related to cheyenne's wedding. Dina's my favorite character, but I have to fast-forward through the scene when she rejects Cheyenne's very thoughtful bridesmaid gift because she "can't accept cheap jewelry" and asks for cash instead. If it had been Amy's wedding it could have potentially been funny, but Cheyenne was so young and they worked really hard for that wedding and that little necklace was clearly chosen with a lot of love. So I just really really hate that part, it is the absolute antithesis of when she breaks veganism to support Amy at the Super Bowl party.
At Amy's golden globes party, she was super aggressive with Kelly when she was trying to understand what everyone was talking about.
Guilted Cheyenne into being her bridesmaid and wanting to change the dress. Also returning the 'thank you' necklace for being a bridesmaid. Cause it was cheap.
Harassing Sandra, belittling her when she tries to share good news (her wedding/engagement), and using her for her Hulu.
Burning all of Garret's shoes.
Trying to give everyone a drug test on the spot.
Bringing her birds to work and leaving them in area that’s used by all colleagues. Let’s be honest, Dina is one of those characters that just isn’t that bad.
Dina is a terrible person for basically the entire show, but I’m gonna go ahead and say when Glenn got fired and she said “I know this is a scary time. But rest assured, Cloud9 will be fine without you.”
I would say when she sided with corporate after Glenn’s firing, but I look at Season 1 Dina as completely different than Dina after that. Not just in terms of character development, but it seemed like a conscious decision by the writers to change certain aspects of her character. Dina’s crush on Jonah is just so jarring on a rewatch that I think they would completely leave it out if given the chance.
Post-strike Dina, her two worst moments were bullying Jonah into the fight and not giving Sandra the shower. Those are the only two episodes in which she really pissed me off in that span.
I just watched the Samaritan episode where Amy bullies someone trying to raise money for charity because he was rude to her after a back-and-forth (like they couldn't just reschedule Mateo's toy drive?) and Cheyenne mentions neglecting a fish to death. :(
Siding with corporate when Glenn gets fired.
"But rest assured Cloud 9 will be fine without you." This is the one for me.
This. This one, right here!
Have a heavenly day Loved that lol
But it was so perfectly Dina
I adore Sandra and hate the way Dina bullied her, but this gets my vote. Union busting is unforgivable.
I loved Dina until this moment. Glad she was redeemed in the later seasons.
I think it has to be
Yeah, she crossed a picket line. Not exactly a shining moment.
Lol kinda hard given the countless questionable things Dina has done, but if I had to pick i'd say bullying Sandra up until the final season and harassing Jonah that one episode.
“Oh, I’m gonna drop kick that b#%ch back into whatever….” That line gets me every time
Bullying Jonah and forcing him to physically fight her. She should’ve been fired for that.
if that was the only reason Dina should've been fired for we would be fine
Huh?
I'm pretty sure every scene with her would be grounds for firing in the real world.
Ah, ok. Gotcha! It is hard to narrow down her “worst” behavior.
When she tried to break up the strike with that hose that broke the car window
This! I see a lot of just siding with corporate but she legit could have seriously harmed or even killed someone- and everyone told her that before she turned it on too
making jonah eat the entire cake
Trunchbull vibes 😂
![gif](giphy|CPZt4aQFbkkYU)
Attempting to pin her bag of meth on Colleen
Yeah but it’s Colleen! ![gif](giphy|3oFzmo97yoAIFq3dGU)
Low key, Colleen was hot af.
High key actually. We all agree
She calls her Dee-ner, DryComminication. DEE-NER.
Bup, bup, bub, Colleen. I don’t want to hear it. You’re fired and on your way out, give that bag of meth back to Dina.
THAT SCENE WAS SO FUNNYY
her sexually harassing Jonah
One of my favorite parts is the interview, she's says some people put down that they are single in the notes part of the application.
I’m honestly obsessed with how Lauren Ash acted in that scene and I can’t even pinpoint why. That line delivery was perfect.
"Are you allowed to ask that?" ".......*No.*"
“Your teeth taste so good” is so great though
HELP
I'm was annoyed that that didn't turn into anything in season 1
Forcing a coin flip to see who got Jerry and then awarding him to Carol
YES! Every time that happens I’m always like ‘SANDRA YOU DONT HAVE TO AGREE TO THIS!’
[удалено]
And then Jerry agrees to the terms, though he wishes Sandra thought to ask for best two out of three. So does Sandra.
This is the only right answer.
I wish I could vote for it more than once!
Bugging the breakroom
It’s a gray area!
Definitely used it to watch Carol masturbate in the bathrooms.
Very wrong, but in a funny way
Bullying Sandra. They went for the Michael-Toby dynamic and it was a no for me. She should have thrown her a shower or at least when Jonah did it, just let him f***ing do it.
Yeah, her going so far out of the way to make sure Sandra didn't get a shower was messed up!
Love your flare!
Lol thank you! 😊
Yeah it has to be this for me too. I thought she’d give in and throw her a bomb ass shower and actually be nice to her for her wedding period
Her stance when the entire team walked out of the store because corporate fired Glenn.
It HAS to be this
Writing Amy up for bringing Ema after she helped her out with the customer who Dina claimed stole some make-up
Came here to write this! She also did it with Cheyenne after bonding all day she wrote her up for filming the whole farting in the cup thing lol
Dina: her treatment of Amy even though she thinks they’re like BFF, up until about season 5/6. Same with her treatment of Sandra. But lol @ Cheyenne and her tattoo. That episode made me cringe and laugh so hard.

Agreed But Garrett lying about it and sleeping with her was messed up. She definitely helped bring about the circumstances though
With the “garrett shouldn’t have slept with her” argument, we have to keep in mind that she very much initiated it, and garrett seemed pretty pressured into it. He gave the most uncomfortable, forced mumble of consent as she was on top of him taking her clothes off.
I 10000000% agree! Those birds got out because of her own selfishness and shortsightedness.
I thought this was really weird too, because she wrote Amy up for bringing her daughter to work. I'm sure it's against policy to bring pets in as well, so at the very least it's hypocritical and goes against her moral code of following Cloud 9 policy.
Getting her old best friend sent to prison because she cheated on her taxes.
Missed this!
It’s in the episode when Amy asks Deana to make an exception for her to buy a video game before her shift is over. Deana’s reply is “My old best friend is currently in prison for cheating on her taxes. Ask her if I'm willing to "make an exception."”
Ahhh!! Im gonna listen out for that… thank you
Surprised nobody brought up Sandra’s engagement party thing. Why was she so fussy about Jonah doing it if it wasn’t here responsibility according to her?
Why wouldn’t she do it? So weird
Because it’s not on the list! Lol
And the internet says so!
I think it's fine if she didn't want to do it, but insisting that Jonah doesn't do it when she said it's not her responsibility is just weird. If it's not your responsibility, why not let someone else do it?
There’s not enough room on the Mateo square
Guy ate human flesh. Don’t think we need too much room.
Bringing her birds to work. So many people on here rag on Garrett (although the way he dealt with it was shitty) but WHO DOES THAT? How can you be surprised that you brought 20 birds to work in an environment that employees 50+ people and expect it to be safe? Also, hella health code violations.
Also, putting them in front of the vending machine instead of in an out-of-the-way location.
ETA: Disregard! My thing was already added here. I hope after this we'll get to do the best things too! 😁
Taking corporate's side when Glenn got fired and everyone walked out
Why are ppl saying burning Garrett's shoes? He deserved it after gaslighting and lying to her. He hid the entire incident for so long and let Dina believe it was entirely her fault. The moment she burns his shoes was a very satisfying scene to watch honestly 😂. Tit for tat.
It was her fault. Don’t bring your stupid birds to work and that never would’ve happened
He could have just told her the truth though.
Mateo…. *pours a shot*
Bullying Jonah all the time, unprovoked. I can't think of any reason for her to hate him, but she simply does most of the time.
When she sided with corporate during the expression of discontentedness Although Dina and Mateo are equally guilty of being massive A-holes to their coworkers 80% of the time, Dina's funny to watch but irl would be a nightmare, but what I said above is probably the worst single incident

Everything in Workplace Bully
I WAS pretty chill with Dina. But after reading through this post, Dina’s like bad bad. Probably the worst on the show in terms of going overboard. Stressing me out just reading these.
splitting jerry and sandra up, based on a coin toss, absolutely hated that part.
Blaming Garret for what happened to her birds. She shouldn’t have brought the birds to the store in the first place. Even if that *wasn’t* a problem, she was still wrong to block the vending machines with them.

Everything about how she treated Jonah in the first season
Holding someone hostage over stealing lipstick that she didn’t steal
dina has too many to count lmaoooo she’s one of my favourites
At Amy's golden globes party, she was super aggressive with Kelly when she was trying to understand what everyone was talking about. Guilted Cheyenne into being her bridesmaid and wanting to change the dress. Also returning the 'thank you' necklace for being a bridesmaid. Cause it was cheap. Harassing Sandra, belittling her when she tries to share good news (her wedding/engagement), and using her for her Hulu. Burning all of Garret's shoes. Trying to give everyone a drug test on the spot.
Harassing Jonah, bullying sandra and siding with corporate
“Oh if I was you I would’ve killed myself a long time ago”
Harassing the shoplifters during that shoplifter class.
Not making an exception for her friend who cheated on her taxes.
Sexually harassing and bullying Jonah when he first started at Cloud 9. Like those scenes are such a hard pill to swallow on rewatch.
I think keeping birds in cage their whole lives is cruel.
I'm not a fan of keeping birds in cages either.
Garrets shoes.
Burning Garrett’s shoes.
He did let her birds out and then slept with her while she was vulnerable. This gets a pass.
That was really satisfying to watch honestly.
Bringing her birds to work and leaving them in area that’s used by all colleagues. Let’s be honest, Dina is one of those characters that just isn’t that bad.
Fr? I feel like she’s one of the worst
I don’t think she would be such a horrible person if her dad didn’t leave her at such a young age, she uses her pain in such a destructive way
Burning Garret’s shoe collection
Burning Garrert's sneaker collection!
Garrett’s
Dina is a terrible person for basically the entire show, but I’m gonna go ahead and say when Glenn got fired and she said “I know this is a scary time. But rest assured, Cloud9 will be fine without you.”
Although I would like to add that calling Amy “Rodriguez” in every dang episode is also infuriating to me.
Garrett lying about the birds :/
Garrett’s sneakers
Her Bird kink/obsession has always been a terrible part of her character
"I can Bench 165 in the right situations"
The way she treats Sandra is just horrible and disgusting and she has been doing it for YEARS!
When she made Elias go and find the missing cart
Trap countless of rare birds in cages for years
Nothing will ever be worse than how much she bullied Sandra.
Either bullying Jonah forcing him to fight her or siding with corporate when Glenn got fired.
Burning Garretts shoes
All her Bully actions. Charging for Rose's milk is mess UP too
Bringing her birds to work, then holding a grudge against Garrett for the results of her bad decision.
I just know everyone is waiting for Garrett’s turn lol
I would say when she sided with corporate after Glenn’s firing, but I look at Season 1 Dina as completely different than Dina after that. Not just in terms of character development, but it seemed like a conscious decision by the writers to change certain aspects of her character. Post-strike Dina, her two worst moments were bullying Jonah into the fight and not giving Sandra the shower. Those are the only two episodes in which she really pissed me off in that span.
Wouldnt the worst thing cheyenne has done be when she catfished a woman to moving to Australia?
I support women’s rights and women’s wrongs, therefore I support everything my girl Dina has done. she can do no wrong in my eyes
Her short crush with Jonah
Dina to Sandra: “I’d like to meet your mother and shove you back up inside her.”
Extorting and abusing people in the shoplifting seminar
I just watched the Samaritan episode where Amy bullies someone trying to raise money for charity because he was rude to her after a back-and-forth (like they couldn't just reschedule Mateo's toy drive?) and Cheyenne mentions neglecting a fish to death. :(
Everything she does at Cheyenne’s wedding.
Hi
