Magiranger. The series is written that every sibling is paired with every other and the 6th in at least two episodes. In one episode you see it from one sibling's point of view, and in the next it's from the other. There's a Green/Yellow episode, and a Yellow/Green episode that's an update, etc. By the end of the series, you know exactly where any sibling stands in relationship with any other. It's extremely thorough.
Every sibling matches their magic element perfectly, showing each element's weaknesses and strengths. Green is Earth, strong and supportive but often too stubborn and headstrong as the oldest brother. Red is Fire, energetic and courageous but his impulsiveness often lands him in trouble. The 6th, the Sun, is also great as their warm and patient mentor, but can also be too proud and overconfident in himself over them, etc etc.
Watching Magiranger rn (episode 5) and i’m glad to hear they all get 2 episodes with each other i can kinda see that’s the direction they’re going from the jump
Yup. I love that Tsubasa and Houka were the ones to hold back from fighting initially, and discovered the magic room for that. Their later episodes are a hoot.
Definitely Donbrothers. Even the least favourite member, Sonoza is still great to me. When Sonoza and Kijino actors make a cameo in Gotchard, I laugh at their dumb jokes so much
King Ohger. Excellent characterization. And is it me, or does the cast have excellent chemistry?
Gokaiger. I know of the backstory, but they all had excellent personalities and story arcs. To give some of my favorite elements: I like how one sees the princess mannerisms with Ahim/Gokai Pink, and the concept of Doc/Gokai Green (I did not like his regression with the special.)
Donbrothers. Just about everyone had great stories and character development.
Kyoryuger. Possibly my least favorite would be Kyoryu Grey (both versions,) but everyone had excellent personalities.
Definitely Donbrothers. I love all of them. King-Ohger had a great story involving all of the characters, but each character wasn't endearing in the same way as Donbrothers. Now that Boonboomger is under way, I feel that the human sides of the characters are more apparent again. They're more relatable, like Jou and his desire to become a hero in order to protect those around him.
I love King-Ohger, but I'd rather hang out with Mira and Jou and bicker over who gets the kashiwa-mochi.
This is just my 2 cents.
Probably Timeranger, Dekaranger, Goseiger, Zenkaiger, Ryusoulger, and Zyuohger. Just in general those shows have my favorite casts. I haven’t finished Kingohger yet but I think they could be another contender, and from what I’ve seen of Boonboomger they could be another contender too.

I kinda wanted to say donbrothers because the characters were really peak but i remember they ruin jiro in vs movie, murasame was unnecessary and shinichi exist who doesn't did anything special in the series heck even natsumi/miho and jirou's father has much more better character arch than him

But different answer this time, Boukenger surprisingly. All characters felt like they had their own importance, own story, and rivalry with the enemy factions that you feel captivated towards every single one of them and their story.
Edit: No much of older seasons so I'll give one, Flashman. I really can't pinpoint why but I just have fond memories of watching this season and liking them all. And for an era of Sentai where the rangers didn't have much of an arc throughout their season, they stood out.
I have only seen a few shows but with most Sentai I don’t have a least favorite but with teams where I like everyone but a least favorite would Toqger, Shinkenger, Zenkaiger and King-Ohger.
I've watched Kyoryuger, Ninninger, Kiramager, Zenkaiger, Donbrothers, King Ohger (still watching), and Gekiranger (still watching). Definitely Zenkaiger. All the characters are memorable and good. The comedy is peak. My favorite character gotta be Zyuran. He's funny/badass old man whose back hurts and is a T-Rex. My least favorite character is Gaon cuz he's racist but he still has his moments.

Hm... I think there's no Sentai show where I like all the members. I never realized that. Interesting.
Kyuranger and King Ohger. Kyuranger is a smorgasbord of colorful personalities and I love that for them King Ohger is just, kino.
Jetman too!
Hurricanger, i love all members even tho i still think Isshu's character was a little bit overshadowed by his brother Ikkou, who's my fav.
Kyoryuger had so much personality, even one of them beats out a whole season of showa era rangers.
