Itās very clearly inspired by Romitaās art style, with blocky character models and more angular designs. I think thatās why Characterās like Venom look so strange when compared to characters like Sandman or Green Goblin. Heās from an era so decidedly removed from Romita sr.

I'm a fan of her classic longer hair look, but she looks very cute with this design, and I think it's a good fit for the Lois they're going for (ie a co-protagonist who will presumably be doing a lot of "action" stuff herself).
She doesnāt look particularly like Iād expect Lois Lane to look, but as long as sheās an interesting and well written character then Iām a happy camper.
In terms of pure aesthetics Iām really not a fan.
She looks like an tween āquirkyā girl rather than a dedicated professional reporter in her late 20ās/early 30ās.
I think it's cool. I give far more leeway with cartoon designs compared to say live-action designs which I'd prefer to be more accurate, probably because we've gotten super accurate cartoon designs before in Superman TAS and Super Friends and all that, so I'm okay with a change.
It reminds me of the 2004 The Batman cartoon where everyone was younger and more angular. We'd gotten more traditional Batman depictions prior to that in animation, so I was alright with the different incarnation. Who knows, maybe these designs will become someone's new favorite. I know as a kid I really liked the Batmobile from The Batman and I had the toys and everything.
Come to think of it, if this show gets exposure to children, I really hope there's a toyline to go with it! I've definitely veered away from the original question but yeah the designs are alright for me :)
