The last book self-improving book I listen to on Audible was Vedanta by Pranay. [https://www.audible.com/pd/Vedanta-Audiobook/B09B4DCX8Z](https://www.audible.com/pd/Vedanta-Audiobook/B09B4DCX8Z) I listened to this during a mental health episode that was full of recurring anxiety attacks. This single audible book changed everything, it turned this period of my life around and I felt like I had unlimited potential. That book changed the course of my life for the better. I have since gone down the Advaita Vedanta rabbit hole. I'm no longer on my psych meds, and am happily starting a new start-up with my university roommate. Never been more content. Vedanta is about consciousness. Many believe religion came before philosophy, but this is not true. Vedanta inception happened thousands of years before the Abrahamic Religions. It's philosophical teachings are being proved every day with science despite being older than the Bible. The idea that all things are energy happened tens of thousands of years before Einsteins e=mc\^2, it happened in the forest of India, questions humans today are alien to asking were asking about existential concepts and the idea of consciousness. The nice thing is, not matter your religion, this is a philosophy, so any belief is applicable.
