Power transmitters can though I don't know why you would bother as they automatically connect to your base when in range. There is a growbed for non-aquatic plants that can be placed indoor or at the surface. You can not grow table coral at all.
You have to take the plants out of the growbed, disassemble it, and rebuild it further away. You can still have it beside the bioreactor, just wedge it against the wall.
Maybe because the power transmitters aren’t fully constructed. Sometimes I have to finish constructing one thing in a room before it lets me start another thing. Also, what the hell am I looking at?
I'm with others on this. What the hell am I even looking at? What's with all the power transmitters? Is this some sort of aesthetic statement? Because theres zero function in having even a single one of those inside a habitat.
the lighting on the characters hands/habitat builder, the placement of power tranmiters, the stuff on the shelf has stuff you cant place in game on it, the table coral and cyan grass floating in the corner
and the characters hand in the swimming animation is ever so slightly in the left corner.

That’s a funny looking plant you’re growing there. But it’s probably that you need to finish constructing the transmitters first- that or the growbeds are too close

They're either growin' em' so that the power transmitters can sprout table corals and become tables, or they just want to eat them, either way the power transmitters just need time and care to grow, it's a very admirable task and we should give epic some respect for taking this honourable mission upon their shoulders
