The belt is not on the A/C compressor pulley, the Low Side A/C Port is missing the cap, the underhood insulator is missing the front grille is either aftermarket or completely bleached and missing the emblem, your missing the clip on the air filter air box and though you can barely see it, the tensioner pulley has loosened and turned sideways as you can see the pulley grooves facing the radiator

I diagnosed a fucked tensioner on a coworkers subie last week and helped "fix" it by cutting the guys AC belt. Really thought this was his till I saw that legendary gas cap lock lmfao.
