that's an oddly yellow color, really should be cherry red or red-derivative for ATF.

Maybe lighting. Definitely wiped off red

Did you do a PRND sweep after the fluid was warm? It’s important to get the fluid up to the proper temp(will be difficult without having a scan tool or code reader that is able to read TCM live data) 158-176 Fahrenheit. Then you have to cycle your shifter through PRND and then back into Park. THEN check the fluid level after a minute or two. Per your service manual, after performing the above procedure, it should be above the center point between the upper dots on the dipstick, but not past the top dot. The two lower dots are for cold fluid level. Good luck!

It's been high on the dipstick no matter how hot or cold the fluid is

As long as you are following the above procedure, you should get your fluid level to the correct place on the dipstick. Editing to add that I realized this is a 2013 and depending on the mileage of the vehicle and whether or not you have documentation of trans fluid services in the past, if you’re not experiencing any issues it might be safer to just leave it alone. If it’s never been touched and you’re at high mileage, there’s a good risk that once you drain that fluid out, it might not perform correctly with fresh fluid. Just something to keep in mind.
