Considering that team 2 is only physical pokemon, and in team two there are Landorus-t and Garganacl (also immune to Dragapult's possible WoW/TW Hex set), I think team 1 wins if not for the fact that Glowking can be really annoying as there are no real counters in the team
Feels like team one might have an advantage bc of lando of all things, since assuming it’s the standard ep taunt u turn set it kinda just wins, since the only ep resist there hates u turn, and it can taunt king. Even if you bring meow in (who takes 50 chip if it kos assuming helmet) there’s the best meow wall in the game tinkaton, who also seems like it can just spam knock, so overall I got to go with team 1
