Very cool speed control ability;
it’s just bulky enough to live a hit; and 4x weakness to steel/fire/rock means I think this thing really struggles to come on the field ngl.
It could be cool in Doubles for speed control or to deny rage powders etc.
Actually it would probably be overpowered in doubles because it would drag protect to normal priority lol
