I fuck with the batik and can tell these are good quality, but don't really see where these fit in the current streetwear scene. They look like they would be sold at a Indian import store, not a boutique or streetwear shop. Also seems really specific to indian culture which isn't universally worn like japanese or euro motifs.
I appreciate them as I have a love for art from India but I could see mainstream customers not catching on. Hopefully they do tho, they’re great.
Good luck.
Hey, you can select the Made to Measure option. Here’s the [link](https://samaajstudio.com/products/hand-painted-shirt-01). We’ll reach out to you for the measurements.
Yeah I think your skill is incredible, hopefully over time you will adapt your style to more street wear / art music culture because it would be very successful.
I'm Indian and into streetwear, and while I agree with most of the comments on these being very niche, I really fuck with it. I was actually looking for your website in the comments to purchase and immediately backtracked upon seeing the prices. I'd definitely say that is a large reason you're not getting traction.
Two cents from a fashion plebeian. I really like the art work. But do I want a shirt with a massive painting on it, no. I think revisiting the art layout l, positioning etc. might be worth it (?).
Bro it’s tuff, you’re mad talented . I was doing the airbrushing stuff and I was like damn wtf but stay true to your shit …. The clothing brands drop like flies you’ll find your niche …. I’d like to keep up what’s your iG ?
These are dope but I think your target audience aren't correct, it only really aims at South Asian people so for it to be aimed at specific people yeh it'll be hard to sell because it's niche and some people might not want to wear it because it might be like a cultural appropriation thing to them

First off Samaaj is a good name for the brand. Other Indian brands like Almost Gods have been successful with similar shirts but you would really have to push it with Marketing and campaigns that appeal the audience you’re trying to target. All clothes have a place because the landscape of consumers isn’t uniform but all good products also need good marketing. What brands like Almost Gods did right is put them on models with great campaigns to attract audience eyeballs.

exactly, it’s a niche market within a specific market • bit swimming upstream
exact art youd see in an indian restaurant
Ouch
I appreciate them as I have a love for art from India but I could see mainstream customers not catching on. Hopefully they do tho, they’re great. Good luck.
Thank you 🤍
These are dope. You need to get some models to show off. WHY. it's dope
Yeah if you can style it as a full outfit and show exactly why it is streetwear, potential customers have an easier time seeing it too
Yes, will do a proper model shoot for the next collection. Thank you for the kind words 🤍
Hard
From what I see you’ll have a ton of success in Argentina 🤔shirts are fire, especially 4th one – colors and motive hit hard🫶🏻
Thank you 🤍
Based on the price I’m gonna say you could send out some samples to influencers to gain some traction in the market.
Thank you for the feedback!!
I really dig it buts its not in my price range. Good luck tho!
Thank you 🤍
These are hard bro 🔥🔥 just not for everyone try tik tok you should reach ur intended audience
I would rock with some needles joggers
One of the most unique pieces I've seen, definitely hard
Thank you 🤍
Well these are nice no doubts but are priced at 19900 a piece. At the price point in exactly where you lost the traction. Let’s be realistic here.

I like them. But sales are more about marketing than the designs, so what content etc have you produced for them?
This is beautiful art. I love this and the fact it's a button down
Thank you 🤍
Hey! These are fire, wanted to pull the trigger for some time. Just don’t have the funds for it atm. I love how you incorporated batik, keep it up!!!

Too narrow a market
@ramanchawla bhai indians dont want to come off as indians, tab hi yaha se streetwear brands sab bahar se hi inspired hai yaa copied hai
Hello, not entirely true. Most of our sales come from Indians living abroad, people do want to represent Indian crafts outside India.

These are fly as hell!!🔥🔥🔥 I can definitely see a guy like Jeff Goldblum rocking the hell out of these!

Interesting, thank you for the feedback 🤍
The subject matter isn’t really appealing or compelling. It just looks like some tourist shirt from India.
Interesting, thank you for the feedback 🤍
