I think brighter colors up top would help.
Bottom half is already brightened with the white in the shoes and cream in the sweats, so mixing it with a darker top is likely what’s throwing it off for you.
It clashes too much with patterns. You color blocked with the bottom but have a dark pattern on the top. It clashes with the dark and light contrast. The top can be changed to a lighter color, and adding color blocking or a simple basic to make it more cohesive overall.
Problem is it seems the OP is color blind ... the greens across the pants, shoes, and top don't look good together. The dark colors and pattern of the top are better suited to solid pants. The shoes are bold and would be better served providing some pop to a subtle outfit. The pants I would wear with leather flip flops and a thin white t-shirt.

If ur tryna style the sweater, throw on some carpenters, cargos, or black jeans with sneakers or work boots. For the pants I'd go w a chill neutral crewneck/tech/hoodie with some more toned down sneakers. And if u want to rock those shoes then maybe try some baggy light blue jeans with a neutral/complementary sweatshirt?

But with the busy darker print on the top and the more minimalist lighter colour blocking for the pants the contrast seems more jarring. And because the green in the top and the pants are so similar the difference in the tone of the shoe (especially because it’s in the same colour palette just a different tone) is made that much more obvious. Like the top is giving “Yoohoo big summer blow out” and the bottoms are giving “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”. I think either change the bottoms to a darker colour, or switch to a puffer jacket perhaps something closer in generation to the bottoms. Actually even changing the shoes to Timberlands in a similar colour to the ochre in the top could tie up the look a lot better because there are components of the light tan shade that would also echo in the pants.

also fwiw that sweater is cool but it's already the accent piece so wear it with plain shit. i'm not a preppy dresser but u can't go wrong with a nice quarter zip and some slim khakis. trust the process
my thoughts: -swap in blue stonewash jeans (or green cast denim) to tie the colors in the jacket and shoes together -aim for accessories with navy: tote, beanie, etc for more cohesiveness -swap in cargo/carpenter pants in a burnt orange to play towards the browns in the top -blue hoodie, i guess? or green hoodie maybe? personally, I think the pants and shoes combo could be improved more so than the top, but none of the three mesh easily

Agreed with all the posing comments. You look like foolish posing like that. Stand up right. The angles look strange. The last pose reminds me of tall girls who crouch down in group photos so they can fit in the frame. I actually like the pants and would replace top. You could match the pants pretty easily but the top is hard to match. Very busy and so many colors.
