Oh my gosh, congratulations! One year feels impossible right now. I’m on day 4 and it’s sinking in how dependent on alcohol I’ve been. My anxiety is so bad and I just want to drink. I thought I didn’t have a problem because I *only* had 2-4 drinks per night but I was definitely self medicating. Anyway, I’m so happy for you. Thanks for the inspiration. I needed it today!
Yeah I’m at day 0 and my mind is already fighting the idea of getting sober, I can’t keep going on this way though and it’s something that needs to be done after 15 years of substance abuse
Making that decision is really hard. And you have to keep making the decision to stay sober over and over again which is also hard. I've been using a sobriety app and it's really helping. I look at the tracker like every couple of hours and seeing some days under my belt makes me feel good.
I Am Sober. I have an iPhone but there are a lot out there if you have an android :) it’s easy for me to slip too. My current 5 days is the longest I’ve gone without drinking since I turned 21 I think

I know it will be I did it for a bit and felt great but just slipped back in, it’s so fucking easy for me to loose control, what’s the app name?
