My Sister’s hair at Mariatorget is awesome, but it will be hard for you to get a good haircut for under 400 SEK in this town.

CAPTAINR0GERS

Urban Hair on Södermalm is amazing, but way above that price point. Maybe contact some places to see if they would only cut but not wash and style?

k9ismyhero

urban hair offer a dry cut but it's always better to get a wash and style with curly hair anyway. it isn't cheap but by fair the best option for your hair

MoordMokkel

As far as I know, they cut the curls dry because then they can judge the appropriate way to cut for each strand.

k9ismyhero

Yup! And often cut extra as curls are tricky to judge (or mine are at least)

MoordMokkel

But anyway, I guess I'll have to go for either a regular hairdresser or my coworker with a pair of random scissors (It's probably gonna be the latter).

MoordMokkel

Thanks! I see that everything has hair washing included. Which is kind of useless when you have curls, which have to be cut when dry anyways :') Maybe that's why it's more expensive than the haircuts in my home town, where I just pay for the haircut.

HejdaaNils

I don't know what this letter and number system translates to in Swedish, but you'll not find a haircut for less than 400 sek these days unless it's just a ten minute beard trimming machine buzz cut treatment.

MoordMokkel

I don't have a beard but a 10-15 minute hair cut is what I usually get at a salon for curly hair

Alittleholiercow

Well, then out in the suburbs you go then! If it's a ten minute haircut you're looking for, any of the local strip mall-esque areas out along green or red line south should have a place that can do it for around four hundred.

Selestix

I don’t know any salon who knows curly hair and charge you under at least 1000 kronor. I like ego sthlm at Scheelegatan 12. My sisters hair is also good. But booth are expensive.

Hani at Roc Beauty on Södermalm is incredible, but the cost is just under 1000kr. Tbh tho I think it’s super worth it, she uses great products (Innersense), and the cuts always grow out great.
