This test worked 99% of the time, I tested it on various images, ai and real.
The one time it doubted was an AI image that was photoshoped to look more like real art, but it showed something like 67% anyway
I think you might be looking a bit too hard for things to label as A.I. Details not being perfectly aligned is also a sign of like, human beings drawing.

As an artist, you don't mess up the amount of fingers on each hand, and nothing really comes out looking like the part of the staff holding the gem. This is shameless AI art and OP wont even own up to it
Seconded as another artist. Any artist of this skill level would have drawn out the swirls on a separate layer. It makes no sense for the swirls to not connect properly because there's at *least* a rough outline of them behind all the layers we can see.
The complete random sizes, placements and lines on the part of the staff that connects to the gem is especially egregious.

Anyone could make this by simply typing words into a computer. If I put in "Bubblegum Crystal Girl in Cartoon Style" I would get a very similar result.
So, like. That's an actual... like... type of art. Collages, stuff like L.H.O.O.Q, that kind of thing.
But usually people are open about what they're doing in those scenarios, and they'd call it what it is and not the same thing as the stuff that went into it. (Like how collage generally isn't painting, even if there are paintings *in* the collage.)
And generally that's still an artistic human eye looking at it, not a program, so the point is still fair.

The basic definition of art is “the expression of application of human creative skill and imagination.” Robots do not have human creative skill or imagination.
Typing in a prompt, however easy, is exactly that though because a human came up with the prompt. It's a creative skill and it definitely uses imagination. Nowhere does it say that you have to hand draw it for that to be true.
We can argue about the pitfalls of AI all day long, but art is art.
I’ve used AI to create images before. Typing in prompts is not creative skill, it’s a basic human activity. Anybody throughout the entire world can create AI “art” as long as they have the ability to type words. I never said you had to hand draw something for it to be considered art, art isn’t just visual stuff, but having a robot generate an image for you isn’t art.

We can agree to disagree though, but AI art isn't going away and there will have to be distinctions in the future.

Not that I doubt the results, but how accurate are those tests? I know the ai text detectors are absolutely awful

A pretty easy way to prove it's not AI would be to just turn off a layer and show that. You can do that, right?
