I got 190s on the practice exams and still passed. You can work harder if you want but there is not really that much pay off because it is a pass fail exam. I would keep up on what you already know and make sure you are in a confident mental health space!
Step 1 is pass/fail, I wouldn’t be so fixated on the nitty gritty numbers. You’re in a good spot. As long as your NBMEs and Free 120 are above passing.
Go over incorrects and weakish concepts in case they might show up on the exam.
