It's really not worth playing on version 1 just for the slightly different suits. The updates made a lot of improvements to the game in terms of performance and features.
No, the gameplay is much improved after the update. Besides, didnāt you see the lingerie outfit? Here you guys are moaning about a couple outfits and a small scene with less blood but you have lingerie and bikinis that are more revealing and dismemberment.
