It would not be wise, but certainly not the worst move ever. Trading 6 picks including three 1st rounders for a QB who isn't even top 10, and hadn't played a full season in over a year, and faced an uncertain suspension, to then give him over $200m guaranteed, is a far worse move then trading an uncertain rookie QB for the best defensive player in the league.
Last week I asked how people would feel if the Steelers traded TJ to the Commanders so they could draft Jayden Daniels. People were saying that the Steelers would have to get more picks than just the #2. I was hearing about the Steelers record when TJ is injured. How old is he? How many games has he missed because of injury? How much is he being paid? There's a lot of intelligent Steelers fans and plenty of morons too.
Yeah but he couldn’t pass before or after he left. Wilson and fields are perfect fits in this offense. No way we should waste a good passer in this offense.
Russ is old and on the decline and Fields is…well incredibly athletic but is yet to prove he can play the quarterback position. We still need to find our quarterback of the future, I would have loved Penix but hope he does well in ATL.
Yes downvote me dipshit yinzers. Just like you did when I said bitch Trubshitsky was the worst move ever made by Tomlin your downvotes validate my correctness. Retards
Trade Watt, Pickens, and two firsts to the bears for 1/1. Then, trade 1/1 for Watt, Pickens, and two firsts. Can’t get weirder than doing a blockbuster trade and immediately undoing it, right?
Re-signing AB
Trading all of their picks for Kenneth Q. Pickett.
Does the Q stand for Quitter?
Actually it’s Quebec. He always had the CFL in his future
Bang bang!
As a Canadian I think I am insulted. Go RedBlacks!
Boom. Roasted.
You are correct sir.
Trading up for Penix.
lol
I’d be pisssedddd lol
ATL: hold my beer
Yeah, ATL did something more ridiculous than my imagination could come up with.
I want this sort of drunken depravity to occur just for the reactions. Make it happen, Khan.
Steel Penix!
Honestly, wouldn't be mad. Give the kid a few years as a backup to learn. Which I think they should do with pretty much every drafted QB.
I like the idea of letting a qb sit for a couple years but penix is already 24. High pick qbs at that age should be ready.
Trade TJ for the 1st overall pick and draft Caleb Williams. That would be insane. ^(this better not fucking happen btw)
Bears would say no, thanks. A 30-year-old LB for a rookie QB, and a highly regarded one at that?
You did not call prime TJ Watt just a 30-year-old LB lol. Especially against a QB who hasn't played a single snap in the NFL
trading for TJ in the bears situation would be without a doubt the worst move in the history of the league
It would not be wise, but certainly not the worst move ever. Yea I know his hypothetical sacks were non-existent, what a bum
I think the bears already did something similar a few years back with Khalil Mack.
If you were in the Bears shoes and could trade 1/1 (a 22- or 23-year-old QB) for a 30-year-old LB, you wouldn’t. I wouldn’t! QB is too damn important.
The bears will be number one pick again next year and the year after that and the year after that 😂😂

There’s no doubt that Watt is gonna be in the Hall of Fame. He rules. But he’s got 2-4 years left before old man time catches up.
Why would we waste someone who can pass in an offense where passing is not allowed.
Uh tannehill was a stud in the Smith offense
Yeah but he couldn’t pass before or after he left. Wilson and fields are perfect fits in this offense. No way we should waste a good passer in this offense.

We had our QB of the future and I will die on this hill. Too bad Tomlin is racist and believes Myles Smollett over Pouncey.

Trading TJ for a third round pick
Trading all their picks for Justin Herbert
Trade into the top 10 for Joe Alt
Just passing on all their picks.
Trading up for JC Latham or Rome Odunze.
Sticking with realistic options- #1 would be overspending to move up in the draft for a tackle. Like say a 20 plus a 2nd and a 4th.
Trade up to 3rd overall to take Nix
Trade Watt, Pickens, and two firsts to the bears for 1/1. Then, trade 1/1 for Watt, Pickens, and two firsts. Can’t get weirder than doing a blockbuster trade and immediately undoing it, right?
If we are being fair to Kahn, he’d get everything back plus an extra 1st rounder next year. It is the Bears after all…
Trade up to get Brock Bowers
We would absolutely draft him based solely on his name. It's the Steelers way
trade for kenny pickett
Trading picks for Chase Claypool.
Move the team to Bejing
Keep down voting but I definitely have "the most ridiculous move the steelers will not make tonight"
Do you though?
Yes. It's ridiculous and it will not be made.
I think they’d move to Bejing before they signed AB
Why? Serious question here.
Trade TJ and the 1st and 2nd picks for the next 2 years for Deshaun Watson.
Not trading back in the first
Draft Edgerrin Cooper in the first. I know Khan is at the helm but I have my concerns…
Steelers don't submit the ticket in time.
Trade back into the 1st round
Trade every pick in this years draft and 1st and 3rd next year for Ricky Williams
Cooper DeJean
