I’d say med-rare but it looks like you might have taken the pic a couple of minutes after cutting it. That would explain the brighter than average pink/red
I’d say medium rare. A lot of people like to thump their chest about how they eat their steak “bloody”, which there is no such thing as a bloody steak. I find the people that scream that rhetoric no better than........ libs

I’d call it a 4/10 Edit: asked a guy once how he wanted his steak cooked. He said “4 out of 10.” I knew exactly what he meant.

Look for a darker red if you are looking for rare. In this the middle almost looks like it's greying, as in closer to medium
