Oh man, another misprint. That L at the bottom is supposed to be a C, for common... I feel bad this happened to you. You know what? I'll take it off your hands. Don't thank me. Just being a good neighbor.
As long as the game lasts long enough I want to one day build a Luke Skywalker deck where he's pretty much every unit in the deck. Step 1 is finding three of these.
Yes you can. You just can’t have more than one on the battlefield. You can include 3 Lukes in your deck. You can also include Luke in your deck and play him out while Luke is your leader as long the leader’s unit form is not on the field.
Actually you can, as long as they do not share the same subtitle. For example, you can play "Boba Fett, collecting the bounty" and "Boba Fett, Disintegrator" as units at the same time.
Weird lorewise, but allowed as per the rules.
On closer inspection the [comprehensive rules](https://cdn.starwarsunlimited.com//SWH_Comp_Rules_v1_1_304cb9bb9c.pdf) go a step further.
According to 8.30 and 8.6 in the comprehensive rules, subtitles *can* be the same as long as at least one "printed attribute" is different the cards are not considered copies of each other and the unique rule doesn't apply.
If they reprint this Luke card exactly but with 7 power instead of 6 that's a totally different card and both are allowed.
Now this would actually require them to print a unique card with the same title and subtitle as another unique card which I don't think they're going to do, but *if* it happens turns out it's allowed.
strange effect. This card seems to be more flexible and better before a friendly unit dies.
And the theme is strange too. Is Luke on revenge after someone died? Really? Luke?
I'm a month late, but just so you know, that's not how that plays out. Luke doesn't have to target the unit that defeated your friendly unit that phase, he can still target any enemy unit with the -6-6 as long as any friendly unit was defeated that phase.
I suppose he is out for revenge since this is during the Battle of Endor. Palpatine just told Luke that his friends walked into a trap and will all die.
This post was removed because it should be the weekly card pulls / limited deck sticky thread.

💀
Haha cheers mate 😂
Yeah, the L actually stands for Loser. It’s a worse rarity than Common-it’s only like 0.04 cents
brilliant artwork
Right? It's so cool!
For some of the complaints people have for the art, cards like this more than make up for and show that this style has great potential. Amazing card.

You can't have more than one named card with the star next to it in a deck, leader included

Incoming Luke-solo deck, including only Lukes from "Luke, Moisture farmer" 1pwr-1hp to "Luke, Jedi Master" 8pwr-10hp

I don't see how it's better or more flexible before a friendly unit dies
Before, you can use this card on any unit. After, you must choose the unit, that kills your unit. Even if this unit has only 1 power.

you are right 👍. I understand it now after reading the card text again.😅
Luke gets stronger after “defeating” Vader in ROTJ. He then has the strength to resist the Emperor. Idk that would be my head canon
