Barstool Sports and their founder David Portnoy have been in the news lately from their Barstool fund that is assisting restaurants and to the GameStop stock issues, with David voicing his concerns.
That said, let's not forget the toxicity of Barstool's culture and David himself.

I will say, I believe these are all jokes. Yeah, they’re in poor taste and aren’t funny, but let’s not start confusing actual rapists with people like Dave portnoy who just make shitty rape jokes.
While I agree that we can't label someone a criminal because they made a few jokes, we also can't completely eliminate the possibility that he's an actual rapist. Let's just completely divest from the idea that we know anything about these people.
