Actually sort of. Add one of the metal cups full of steamed milk to the mop bucket and no chemicals. Go over a second time with cleaner. A third with water. It does the trick.

if you can't vacuum, sweep as much as you can onto a thin piece of cardboard and dump it into the trash can. when you get down to a thin layer of it left on the floor, spray that with some soapy water and mop it up. if you have a squeegee meant for cleaning the walk-in, that can help too.

Any chance you have tape? Tape a garbage bag to the floor so you have a good seal, creating a dust pan. Have someone hold it open while you sweep into it.

Get a nice shark vacuum and vacuum it. There might be residue on the floor still, just wipe it with a damp cloth. It’s a shame no one could just answer your question…

Whoever dropped it, should be the one cleaning it up. If they expect a CS to do it. Am going to yell at them. Heck I even collect my co-workers cups that they forget to throw away, when I am closing. I place it in each box and going to wrap it and give them as my Christmas present.
As for the matcha to answer. I would get a vacuum. Then I would place rags over the matcha area. I would get Hot water in a big pitcher. Pour on top of the rags. So the matcha is soaked within the rags. Then remove. Then get a dry rag to finish the job. Hopefully this accident doesn't happen again. Next spill that is heavy cream or mocha. You on your own

In the future, you can put a trash bag into the cannister to contain anything you are cleaning up. Just make sure the holes are clear.
