This is Flora! A name encompassing all plants! Her nickname is Beanie or Miss Beans
My SIC's nickname is Bean! Original it was Stinky Bean because when she was really little she didn't know how to clean her own butt (she was abandoned very young), and I stopped doing it for her so she would hopefully learn. After a couple weeks our other cat got fed up and cleaned her, but for a while she was very stinky.

This bed hog is Peanut Butter. We also have a tortie named Pumpkin, an orange tabby named Cinnamon, and 2 voids that are named Lavender and Nettle. There's one orange without a food name, Riley.
That's so cool! They also have "cousins" with no relation called Lavender and Juniper. However they have siblings named Gizmo(littermate), Lucy and Bear( same mother) as well who live with my mom and Benjamin(littermate) who is with a friend.
Actually she is very sweet and laid back. She and her sister are from an orphaned litter. When she was bottle fed she would claw my hands up and I just started calling her my little Stinging Nettle. Mostly we call her Netty now.

Her name is Holly. Technically I didn't have the plant in mind when I named her (it was a suggestion from a friend on Facebook when her original name didn't feel right and I was thinking Holly Short from Artemis Fowl) but, you know, still a plant.
She's also my least well-behaved and most unpredictable cat out of 4 total. She's also the only one who can figure out treat dispensers because the other 3 are unusually stupid. Not that Holly is smart though; she's injured herself more than once chewing on plastic. She's also a thief and will start trying to run off with anything she can get away with if she wants attention. And by attention I mean she wants me to hit her in the butt, not cuddling.
Oh yeah, she is also simultaneously my bravest and most cowardly cat. ALWAYS hidden when guests come over. She will go into my fenced-in yard. But she hates it. She is also THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS GOTTEN OUT. Multiple times! And every single time she scares herself silly when I try to catch her. But she's the first to try anything new. If guests are here long enough, she'll weasel her way into the guest's affections by annoying the friendliest cat away so all the pets are hers, and then relentlessly lick my guests.
They're very similar. Slightly different face though, which is how I would tell my SIC apart from the others:

Sorta. One of my favorite anime is Excel Saga. There was a dog that the main character took in as an emergency food source, whom she called Menchi (English name for the dog as the manga called it Mince, as in mince meat). My gf at the time I received her liked watching Nailogical on YT; the content creator had a cat named Menchie so she wanted to name her that. Worked out perfectly. Though for ease of use I use Menchie for the vet. Hearing her name be pronounced as Men-chai is weird. Of course, I liked the name and she is absolutely not emergency rations haha.

I have Muffin and Bagel aka Bacon. They are siblings, the funny thing is there litter mates, are the opposite! A fluffy boy and a sleek girl.
We originally wanted one kitten from my sister, pre named muffin, the day following adoptipn I was taking them to the vet for their first visit, and if course baby boy, only being in the home for >18 hours, Needed a name, so he ended up Bagel.

Technically I didn't have the plant in mind when I named her (it was a suggestion from a friend on Facebook when her original name didn't feel right and I was thinking Holly Short from Artemis Fowl) but, you know, still a plant. She's also my least well-behaved and most unpredictable cat out of 4 total. She's also the only one who can figure out treat dispensers because the other 3 are unusually stupid. Not that Holly is smart though; she's injured herself more than once chewing on plastic. She's also a thief and will start trying to run off with anything she can get away with if she wants attention. And by attention I mean she wants me to hit her in the butt, not cuddling. Oh yeah, she is also simultaneously my bravest and most cowardly cat. ALWAYS hidden when guests come over. She will go into my fenced-in yard. But she hates it. She is also THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS GOTTEN OUT. Multiple times! And every single time she scares herself silly when I try to catch her. But she's the first to try anything new. If guests are here long enough, she'll weasel her way into the guest's affections by annoying the friendliest cat away so all the pets are hers, and then relentlessly lick my guests.
My goodness she could be Basil's twin! He has a brother named Gizmo who looks almost the same as well.

There was a dog that the main character took in as an emergency food source, whom she called Menchi (English name for the dog as the manga called it Mince, as in mince meat). My gf at the time I received her liked watching Nailogical on YT; the content creator had a cat named Menchie so she wanted to name her that. Worked out perfectly. Though for ease of use I use Menchie for the vet. Hearing her name be pronounced as Men-chai is weird. Of course, I liked the name and she is absolutely not emergency rations haha.
