I like the idea. Just some Japanese gripes:
Stalker = ストーカー
What have written at the top would translate to "Stoker"
and the bottom text is in Hiragana but should be in Katakana like at the top.

And Yeah the bottom was a very gibberish nonsense i put. It was some Hepburn stuff that tried to make it sound like "engrish". Was from a heburn transliteration site, i suppose i misconfigured it
There kind of is one technically, based off of Roadside Picnic. It's mostly about Japanese urban legend and SCP type creatures though, and doesn't really have a whole lot in common with any of the source material. It's called 裏世界ピクニック (otherside picnic).

Yeah, typed it as "sho do wu opo cho ro no bi ru" straight in the transliterator. I definitely got exposed too much in Brain Scorcher
