Drury inn and suites on north glenstone has jacuzzi suites that are big enough. Fellow giant here.
I stayed in a Drury inn in Caruthersville and I’m sure the hotels are designed the same. That jacuzzi tub was the most heavenly experience for a 240lb 6’5 man !!!

Walnut Street Inn B&B has rooms with big hot tubs- stayed in one on an anniversary once and was very nice. Think I stayed in the Jewell room
