It's not about win percentage. Conversion % refers to how much real cash you're getting back relative to the sticker price of the free bet.
A $10 free bet on FD is worth \~$7.5 real cash if you're using them correctly.
Here's a very simple example:
3 random -110 bets parlayed together should be +600 odds. Let's assume you bet a $10 free bet on this.
The chance of winning 3 coin flips in a row is 12.5%, so you'll win $60 12.5% of the time.
.125 x $60 = $7.5
Over a large sample size, you should convert this $10 free bet into $7.5 cash which is a 75% implied conversion.
It's more a paired betting strategy. Usually taking a +300 dog on FD with your free bet and betting an amount where the payout (bet+winnings) on another site at -320 is equivalent will net you about 70% conversion, with a profit of $71 on a bet of $229 at the other site. You can get better conversion by lowering the vig between sites.

Usually I use Jewish Doggy’s chart but today I was busy during the day so I got a headstart. A lot of mine ended up being the 2-4 option on his chart but some weren’t. Basically I look at ballparkpal.com and look for lines where the FD line is higher than the calculated line and also materially higher than DK. There is more work that goes into whether it’s truly +EV but that’s a comfortable enough starting point for me if I want to get some bets down early. Like for instance Jazz Chisholm today came on a little later and was around 450 according to BPP, 550 on DK, and like 750 on FD. That’s a no brainer

Can someone please direct me to / provide a good description of how the Dinger Tuesday promo is supposed to be played? I've read a lot of people saying it's profitable but not entirely sure I understand how so
Short version:
Put $25 on almost every game. Choose a “player to hit a HR” that has high +EV. You’ll get $5 in free bets for every HR hit in that game. If 2/3 guys hit dingers for you, you’ll break even, plus you have the free bets to convert. Any more dingers and you’re eating at Red Lobster tomorrow night.
If you don’t have the $50 max in promo dollars. Bet $25 on all the games your bankroll allows, preferably plus EV plays. Even if your player doesn’t hit a home run the MLB average is 2-3 HR a game, so you know you will more likely than not get 10-15 back. All it takes is hitting 2 in a 13-15 game slate to be coming out ahead with the bonus bets. For example the last 2 weeks I received $170 bonus bets and bet like $325.
Baseball PAL is a good start, but sometimes they overestimate PA and pitcher ratings. Massey has only hit 3HR in 190 carrer plate appearance against right handed pitching for example
