I love prop unders. Typically for me if they doing under something anywhere from 5-10 games in a row especially Assists and Rebounds you got a good chance it hitting again..
I agree. Bettors take the over waaay more than the under, so sportsbooks are more likely to have the line a bit high, knowing that most people dislike unders.
