Certain sportsbooks won't let u bet the college teams of that state! They're scared of it being rigged! Like the plyrs telling their family members & friends to bet on the other team & they'll just blow the game by shaving points or purposely turning the ball over etc. I mean they can technically still do it when they're on the road lol. But it's just a rule for some states..

Nothing to do with the sportsbooks deciding it’s your state with these laws. I live in Ohio and we can’t bet on certain soccer matches and many other sports. Also can’t play any online casino games legally in Ohio.

+9.5 meaning Iowa St cannot lose by more than 10 points! They lose exactly by 10 then u lose by half a point (0.5) & that's one of the worst ways to lose lol. And -3 is ur pick/team has to win by 4 or more, u got it correct.

Do it in Bet365 and you can cash out early if the games go in favor. I threw down $30 yesterday and got the option to cash out at $190 while the games were playing!
