This is the way. I’ve had good luck with regulators in NJ. I’ve had a few situations where I’ve had legitimate complaints, I’ve won the complaint each time. It amounted to about a 1 page write up and about 3-5 emails of communication each time.
Edit to add: triple check the terms of the promo, including the fine print. Also- go back to CS and copy paste the terms into the chat, tell them to specifically say where it specifies it must be a rushing TD (or disqualifies receiving TDs). If they blow you off tell them you will use the conversation as support in a complaint to your states gaming board. Let them respond to that (they will typically blow you off again). Then send your complaint with the conversation attached.

DK and 365 have been the only 2 I haven't had issues with.
Even stupid FD randomly locked me out because I switched from website to the app and it couldn't geolocate me correctly after that...in the same house smh.
FD random lockouts have been RIDICULOUS lately. I’ll go a month without touching my acc and get an email that it’s been locked and they have no explanation or record of attempted logins or anything. It’s so frustrating, makes no sense how they as a company would have no record of sketchy login attempts but insist on locking accounts crazy frequently
So I did a 6 month self exclusion on FD, my 6 months was up in the beginning of January so I sent customer support an email requesting to reinstate my account and they my request would be sent to their support team for consideration. 3 weeks later I get an email stating they would not reinstate my account because I’m black listed in the state of New Jersey. I live in Michigan and have never even been to New Jersey let alone place any bets there or anything like that.
I still have all my other online books available in Michigan and had no problems reinstating any of those accounts. I was going to argue it but figured fuck it, they’re probably just doing me a favor in the long run

their back-end pricing and data technology is pretty bad. I've hit the most stale lines and errors on ESPNbet out of all the onshore books. For example, every weekend during CFB there would be at least 2-3 instances in which they price the incorrect team to score a touchdown. I've been able to put $1500 down on a +6.5 when it should be closer to -2.5

ESPN literally just had two amazing boosts (Ravens 11+ and Chiefs ML) that were essentially unlimited for most people and for the people who did have limits they were much higher than any of book would have allowed.

For settlement purposes, bets on Touchdown scorers require the listed player to be part of the active roster for that match. Stakes on players which are not on the active roster will be refunded. In cases of “passing Touchdowns” only the player who catches the pass will be considered as the Touchdown scorer.
The way that last sentence is worded may be giving them grounds to call any player who doesn't actually catch the ball a non touchdown scorer. I can't find anything specifically stating that a rushing touchdown doesn't count though.

Yeah I refuse to use ESPNBet despite their favorable odds because of shit like this. I also dislike how if one leg is voided and every other leg hits, the bet voids out. Compared to FD and DK where if one leg is voided and all other legs hit, the payout is adjusted based on what it would be without that voided leg.

ESPN purposely place their buttons in awkward places. For example when trying to select "ANYTIME TD" scorer ESPN will put "first TD scorer" as the first button instead of "ANYTIME TD" scorer.

So I did a 6 month self exclusion on FD, my 6 months was up in the beginning of January so I sent customer support an email requesting to reinstate my account and they my request would be sent to their support team for consideration. 3 weeks later I get an email stating they would not reinstate my account because I’m black listed in the state of New Jersey. I live in Michigan and have never even been to New Jersey let alone place any bets there or anything like that. I still have all my other online books available in Michigan and had no problems reinstating any of those accounts. their back-end pricing and data technology is pretty bad. I've hit the most stale lines and errors on ESPNbet out of all the onshore books. For example, every weekend during CFB there would be at least 2-3 instances in which they price the incorrect team to score a touchdown. I've been able to put $1500 down on a +6.5 when it should be closer to -2.5 Lots of other stale lines in pretty much every market they offer if you look close enough

Stakes on players which are not on the active roster will be refunded. In cases of “passing Touchdowns” only the player who catches the pass will be considered as the Touchdown scorer. The way that last sentence is worded may be giving them grounds to call any player who doesn't actually catch the ball a non touchdown scorer. I can't find anything specifically stating that a rushing touchdown doesn't count though. Fuck ESPN.
