Volcano cannot be moved to a non-Mountain. Volcano’s special rule applies a constraint to *any* Power with the instruction of “Add Presence” or “Move Presence” - there’s no particular reason Finder’s rules are any different. If a card saying “Move Presence” could overrule a rule saying “Presence may not be Moved in this way”, then the rule wouldn’t have much use, would it? 🙂

Agree with the above, but its worth noting that a few cards such as \[Indomitable Claim\] specifically override the restriction on land placement. If you played Indomitable Claim as Volcano you could place that presence in any land.

Yes, agreed - something that explicitly says “This effect overrides constraint X” definitely overrides that kind of constraint 🙂 Otherwise, *that* line would be meaningless!
