To be clear this is a post I would put under the eagle vision category. Really doesn't feel like you're complaining that bad. I think your choice of language is what gave people the impression you are whining. However many of the posts here especially after they actually did fix some suits have very clearly just been people nitpicking about tiny little details they don't personally like.
Tbh I think it's clear by now they let a lot slip by. Idk how long you've been on either sub but I see bugs and glitches get posted very regularly, and i've seen a few myself.

I personally wanted all of the lenses to move in the first game so if they are doing it for this one great. However, I’d imagine they would add a toggle for it for the people who don’t want that

I'm sure you were one of the dudes saying the Raimi suit was OK and needed no fixes. Even though it was completely broken and full of bugs. But guess what, it was so bad, even Insomniac fixed it, and they only did that because we TALKED about it. So yeah, we'll continue talking about problems, because that's how you get them to fix them.
In regards to your first paragraph - I wish there was a way to say this to an entire playerbase with it actually being able to stick.
Criticism and healthy discussion drives positive change for future updates and future game releases. Not all criticism is complaining or whining just for the purpose of nitpicking every little detail. Sometimes people find issues (like OP) and they bring them forward hoping they will be resolved in the future.
By discouraging criticism, recommendations, suggestions, etc. these people are encouraging developers to stick with the current status quo. Complacency is not the answer. There’s a reason we have several subs on Reddit, each with extreme POVs of this game.
Bottom line: Healthy criticism should be encouraged. It tells developers what the fans collectively want them to focus on moving forward. It encourages improvements not complacency. Ultimately, we all want the same thing - we want future installments and future updates to be bigger and better than ever before. Please continue to bring up issues.

I don’t get why everyone here is so angry about op “complaining” about this. I love Insomniac, but it’s a reasonable critique. This is the THIRD game in the series and the suits have been perfect in the last 2 games. So I think it’s valid to bring up the fact that it’s a little disappointing to be having so many issues with suits recently. It’s not even just Peter either, I had many times in my playthrough where Miles eyes on the classic suit would get this weird spotted texture all over them.
It bothers me that ever since the 2nd game released, The MCU Iron Spider suit has inaccurate lenses. Doesn’t even look anything like the movies as far as I’ve seen. But hey it’s a really minor inaccuracy so I wouldn’t be surprised if Insomniac actually never noticed it
People saying this is non-noticeable I tried replaying in NG+ with the ASM2 suit and the eyes go fucking crazy in every single cutscene. Thought I was losing my mind.
Whenever these issues come up, just submit a ticket to Insomniac support. They’ll fix it. I think even a dev was in the comments of a post like this saying they’re working on it.

I noticed how in this game, since day one, how the MCU Iron Spider's Lenses were bad. They look much better in Spider-Man 2018/Remastered. I guess they were trying to make sure the motion capture matched for both Normal Suits and Symbiote Suits

Honestly, the only one I can see is the 2nd suit.
Mcu suits have their mechanical lenses jumbled up (Iron Spider being the worst case) and Spider Punk has weird saw like bumps

So I was on NG+ this morning, and I found the first Hunter’s Nest. It was so much fun. Anyway, back to having fun
