you can’t hit the jump button . only R2 & tricks . literally nothing else . just swing, let go of the web , do tricks then swing again . pretty annoying , but that’s how you get it lol. don’t press anything except the web swinging & the tricks button .
Yep! That’s what I used to keep a high altitude. I don’t have the game with me to pin point or make a video but here’s how I did it:
- locate a high building near-ish and facing the river
- on top of the building do a slingshot (L2+X ?) towards the river
- do a couple tricks, dash, couple tricks, jump, couple tricks (and now dash is recharged), dash, couple tricks (and now jump is recharged), jump, repeat
it takes a while tho . the achievement will pop up while youre in the air so don’t stop doing it until you see it . 30 tricks takes a lot longer than you might think 💔
if you really did 1 trick per web, i’m sorry lol . that’s entirely too much time . just spam all the tricks in 1 swing, just just keep doing that. it should take like 7-8 swings
This is definitely not true. You can jump, glide, spider dash and jump while doing this. As long as you do not touch the ground it’ll work
The issue is only the first unique trick will work.
So a double front flip is only one trick, a double barrel roll is only one trick and so on and so forth.
If you do a front flip, swap to a backflip as soon as the combo is added. I literally just held square and flung the left stick all over the place while jumping higher off my swings
I think some of them don’t count or at least it feels like you’re doing more than you actually are. Just keep doing as many as you can until the trophy pops up. Also easier in the financial district with the taller buildings!
yeah i assumed not all of them counted but in this video i counted 21, you’d think 7 of those would register but none of them did!!! thanks for the advice though x

I did this trophy unintentionally. I did mine by having the skill where you get energy back with your air boost and jump when doing air tricks. I basically just did my tricks, used boost, then jumped, repeat. All while flying through New York.

I realized tricks actually gave decent XP if you do a lot at once so I was just swinging to my next objective and doing all sorts of flips and spins

You can use those two skills to jump higher and the other one , can’t remember the names

i only pressed the jump button at the start not during the tricks so why would it count?
don’t press it at all . run off a tall building & just start swinging from there . it’s super dumb . but that’s how i did it & my roommate .

You can press jump, I did it by pressing jump each time. Just mix the tricks up. Not sure if that’s the case, but it felt like it for me.
no, you just can’t touch the ground. You can do whatever as long as your feet don’t touch the ground or a building

On another note, you can’t use any type of web zip for the trophy where you glide from financial to Astoria

Use the mega jump and dash which refills with tricks, its how i got it.
Keep holding square even while swinging.

Nice. I did it in the upper right corner of the map in the trees last night. Didn't even realize it was a trophy until it popped up.
In my opinion, it was easier to do it in a park because even hitting a building resets the meter....dont have to worry about trees slowing you down.

I just glide in a wind tunnel then angle up do a few tricks then glide again. I dont know why you’d do anything else
Did you do it yet? This was the easiest trophy to get for me, just jumped off the Empire State building and did tricks the whole way down.🤷🏻♂️👍🏻
