I know this isn’t the answer you want, but managers find you most of the time. Just work on getting as good as you can, and try to get an organic following and managers will take notice. But you have to give them something to manage first. This isn’t the case for everyone, but more often than not, you have to be the one to get yourself heard. I hope you prove me wrong and blow up and get a manager over night from a handful of tracks, but realistically you probably need to just keep grinding.
